Dear Friend,
Welcome to my personal website and thank you for visiting! We have known each other over a period of time…thanks to the introduction by a mutual friend or coming to know each other via the network of professionals or through a personal meeting at a professional or social event in the past! Recalling the various contexts and pleasant memories of meeting so many of you, I felt I should stay in touch and continue the wealth of conversations we began when we met and respectfully build on the context and unique experience of our professional or social encounter. Most of you know that I currently work in the commercial real estate valuation field in close association with a group of professionals mostly engaged in providing property valuations and real estate investment advice to owners, tenants and investors, both individual and corporate. Personally, I keep myself busy in going beyond my immediate profession of property valuation and consulting. I am also selectively engaged in commercial property sales and work with entrepreneurs in the area of commercial property and affordable housing development and renewable energy projects. The modern times provide us unique ways to stay connected in this global village!
