Causes I Proudly Support
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity has focused on getting rid of the world of poverty housing since 1976, reaching out many of the world’s poorest and most remote communities. With the help of financial donors and volunteers, it helps partnering families to build, renovate and refurbish safe, decent and affordable homes. In addition, it collaborates with various global organizations, such as the United Nations, in advocating for affordable housing as the global crisis in decent and affordable housing continues to grow, partly also due to natural and man-made calamities such as wars, tsunami and earthquakes. Support to Habitat for Humanity may be provided by visiting their site or calling: 1-800--HABITAT, Ext. 1.
